"Looks nice, but I expected a little more"
I really like the overall style of the watch, and it does feel solid on the wrist. That said, for the price, I was expecting the finishing to be a bit cleaner. The strap had a few rough edges, and the clasp feels just okay. I was also a little annoyed that the description wasn’t clearer about some of the details, because I probably would’ve had more realistic expectations going in. It’s not a bad watch at all, just not quite as impressive as I hoped.

"Nice quality, just not really my style"
I really wanted to love the look because the quality vibe is definitely there, and the photos on the site make everything look nice. But for me, a lot of the designs felt a little bulky and kind of safe, especially for the price. It might work for someone with a different taste, but personally the style just felt a bit dated.

The quality feels solid overall, but the price still seems a little high to me. Maybe it’s worth it, but I’m not the only one thinking it could be cheaper, right?

"Got help in about 10 minutes"
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me fast, maybe within 10 or 15 minutes. The reply was friendly and easy to understand, and the whole thing took like 2 minutes to sort out. No complaints from me at all

"Arrived safely, just a little slower than expected"
My order came packed really well and everything was in good shape when it arrived. The shipping updates were decent too, definitely better than some other places I’ve ordered from, but it did show up about a day later than I thought it would. Not a huge deal though, and compared to worse delivery experiences I’ve had, this was still totally fine. I’d order again.

"Appalling Customer Service"

The product is overpriced which I can live with but the customer service is appalling, tardy and rude!
I initially enquired about sizing for a replacement watch band. Was given the wrong information from Customer Service which I was able to correct by my own research. I placed the order for the correct band but was sent the wrong product. Getting a refund took well over a month and they DID NOT REFUND the $25 USD for approx postage I had paid even though they admitted sending me the wrong product. Ended up buying a quality band online at a much cheaper price and free postage!
Only buy if you absolutely must and you live close to a Shinola outlet.
